Huomioittehan varauksia tehdessänne peruutusehtomme:
Varatut kausivuorot / vakiovuorot eivät ole peruutettavissa. Yksittäiset päiväkohtaiset 1-3 h vuorot voi peruuttaa veloituksetta 30 vrk ennen tapahtumaa. Tämän jälkeen perimme täyden vuokran. Muut kertaluonteiset varaukset tulee sopia kirjallisesti erikseen.
KAIKKI VUOROT SISÄLTÄVÄT LÄMMITTELYALUEIDEN KÄYTÖN PÄÄDYISSÄ 30 MIN ENNEN VUORON ALKUA JA 30 MIN VUORON PÄÄTYTTYÄ
Turnauskahvion pitämisestä Peakfin Arena veloittaa 50 € / päivä. Ovien aukaisu tuntia ennen päivän ensimmäistä tapahtumaa sisältyy hintaan. Mikäli tarve on aikaisemmin ovien aukaisulle veloittaa Peakfin Arena siitä 35€ / kerta.
Pukukopit ei ole käytössä kesäkaudella. Jos haluatte käyttää pukukoppia kesänkaudella, voitte tilata sen lisämaksulla 30 euroa + ALV 24% per päivä.

When you make the reservation, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
Reserved periodic payments / standard terms are not cancelable. Individual daily 1-3 hour schedules can be canceled free of charge 30 days before the event. After that we charge a full rent. Other non-recurring bookings must be agreed separately in writing.

Please, note that if you organise cafeteria during the tournament, the cafeteria price is 50 euro per time. The doors are open half an hour before the first reservation of the day. If you need to have the doors open, this can be done for 35 euro upon the request.
Please, note that the locker rooms are closed in summer period. If you wish to use the locker rooms, you can book the locker rooms for 30 euro + 24% VAT per day.
