Arena maintenance

We maintain the arena to ensure high quality conditions for all visitors.

  • The pitch is maintained twice a week.
  • Locker rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly.
Booking

Reservations & access

  • Trainings are allowed only during reserved time slots.
  • Access to the pitch without reservation is not permitted.
  • Reservation requests must be made via the official booking page.

Warm-up & time usage

Teams have 30 minutes before and after the reserved time for warm-up in the side areas behind the goals.

Please respect the next team’s reserved time.

Locker rooms

Locker rooms are shared unless reserved separately.

Office area

2nd floor (office area) is not accessible without meeting room reservation.

Balcony

Balcony access requires a separate reservation.

Cleanliness
& equipment

Waste disposal

Use garbage bins in all areas. Do not leave waste on the pitch or in locker rooms.

No chewing gum

Chewing gum is strictly prohibited in all arena premises.

Equipment handling

After training, move the goals to the side areas.

Food & drinks policy

Only water and sports drinks are allowed on the pitch. Food and alcohol are prohibited.

Emergency exits

Do not block emergency exits under any circumstances.

Ventilation system

Do not throw any items into the air ventilation or blower systems. This may damage the equipment.

Safety rules

Use only round entrance doors.

Do not open emergency exits unless necessary.

Security cameras operate in recording mode.

In case of emergency call 112.

Lost & found

Items are stored for 1 month. After that, they are discarded or donated.

Responsibility

The ordering party is responsible for any damage caused to the arena premises by the renting party.
