1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for Peakfin Arena facilities. By submitting a booking request, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and final approval by the Arena management. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been sent by Peakfin Arena. Peakfin Arena reserves the right to decline or modify any booking request.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed according to the selected time slot, season, and day of the week. Prices are subject to applicable VAT. The total price is shown before submitting the booking request.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated. In case of late payment, statutory interest and collection fees may apply.

5. Billing Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing details, including billing address and invoice payer information if different from the person making the booking. If e-invoicing is requested, correct e-invoice details must be provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

Reserved recurring bookings and agreed standard terms are non-cancellable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Individual bookings of 1–3 hours may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the reserved date. After this period, the full rental fee will be charged.

Other non-recurring bookings must be agreed separately in writing.

7. Use of Facilities

The customer agrees to follow the Arena rules at all times. Confirmation of acceptance of the Arena rules is required before booking. The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities during their reserved time.

8. Liability

Peakfin Arena is not responsible for personal injuries, lost property, or damages unless caused by gross negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring that participants are properly insured.

9. Force Majeure

Peakfin Arena shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including government orders, emergencies, or other force majeure situations.

10. Changes

Peakfin Arena reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of booking.
