In the event that the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), the Government of Finland, or a Regional State Administrative Agency orders the closure of private sports facilities such as PeakFin Arena due to COVID-19 or a similar exceptional circumstance, the following compensation policy applies:
Customers will receive a 50% discount on reserved time slots starting from the beginning of the calendar month following the official closure order and continuing until the order is lifted.
Example
If private sports facilities are ordered to close from 20 September and the order ends on 5 December:

September bookings are charged in full (100%)

October and November bookings are charged at 50%

1–5 December bookings are charged at 50%

From 6 December onward, bookings are charged in full (100%)
If authorities only recommend closure but do not officially mandate it, and the arena remains open, standard pricing applies regardless of whether the customer uses the reserved time.
If PeakFin Arena decides to close based on a recommendation and is not accessible to customers, the compensation policy will apply.
By accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges that in the event of a pandemic or other exceptional circumstance beyond the control of both parties, the financial risk of unused time slots is shared between the customer and the arena operator.
